I placed an order for over 180 euros
6 perfumes not delivered and invoiced
some perfumes are out of stock so in the billing they give me a credit of 24 euros supposedly refunded by bank transfer
after 3 weeks of waiting I contacted them to inform them that I am still waiting for the transfer here is their response

Aside from the link on the homepage to the customer service that I contacted, there is no other form or means of contact, in short, they toy with people rather than being honest and refunding what they owe
p.s. I haven't even claimed the refund for the missing perfumes, just the 24 euros...
moreover, if you think like me that you're making a good deal with perfumes at 1.50, know that it is not a good deal you are paying for a glass container, packaging, and water with aromas that last at most 30 minutes on the skin so 1.50 is the price of the glass bottle and packaging plus their margin, nothing more once again to be avoided if you don't want to have problems

Same here, I placed an order for €36 in June 2023, received nothing, it's a scam, be careful.

I ordered €89 worth of perfume that I never received and received no response via email.
