Locked Polaroid TV

I have a Polaroid TQL32R4PR011 television purchased in 2016.
It worked very well until I used the adjustment buttons on the side of the TV (I couldn't find the remote).
I made a mistake in handling and probably validated a wrong setting.
I am left with a blue screen, and when I press any button on the side of the television, it shows " ! SERRATURA A CHIAVE" no matter which button I press... so I cannot access the menu to adjust the settings or reset the TV.
Thank you for your help, as I can't find any solution online.
