Hello,

Since last night I have a big problem with the internet on my computer as well as the Bluetooth; both have completely disappeared from my computer. After restarting my computer many times, nothing works, it's impossible to access Bluetooth as well as the computer. My internet works very well on all my other devices, I restarted my router but nothing works, the internet remains nonexistent on my computer. I hope someone can help me, thank you.

(my computer is the one provided by the region, it's an Unowhy Y13)

    Hello,

    To fix the network connections, you need to reinstall the drivers for the ethernet and bluetooth cards.

    If the PC is still under the loan scheme for these school PCs (not released until the end of the school cycle, see the loan contract), you must go through the school's representative for any installation or modification, as they are the only one who has the BIOS password.

        I don't think you have any other solutions, apart from uncertain tinkering that could be suggested to you.
