Hello,
I have a computer provided by my high school, I created a Microsoft account but for the past few days when I try to enter my code, it tells me that it is not available. So, I would like to reset this computer but the method of holding the shift key does not work.

And for good reason. As long as the BIOS password is not provided by the referring teacher of the school that issued the loan, any operation to access system settings is reserved for authorized personnel of the institution.
This includes changes to the operating system, software installations, driver updates, and other modifications to the system or configuration.
This password is only provided upon request at the end of the school year, as stipulated in the contract signed by the beneficiary or the parents of a minor student.
It goes without saying that CCM does not provide a procedure to bypass this protection.
