UPS package issue

Hello everyone. So yes, I know this has nothing to do with the forum, but it’s an urgent matter, so please don’t skip it. Here’s the thing, this Tuesday I ordered a package with UPS, and it was supposed to arrive today. Unfortunately, it didn’t come, and when I took a look at the tracking, I got a phrase like: due to uncontrollable events, we were unable to deliver it to you, etc… The problem is that when I refresh that damn page, I see nothing is changing, and I’m not even told when the next delivery will be made. So, I hope you can find a solution. Thank you, signed jean1828

It's UPS, the carrier.
The tracking is a cryptic message; it doesn't provide more information than what it contains. And even when it's somewhat understandable and up-to-date.
You can only contact UPS; if they have details on the reason for non-delivery and what you can do to resolve it with them.
In case of urgency, it's also the sender, often the seller who ships, that you need to contact if it jeopardizes the sale or if they are responsible for the delivery; you can't always intervene on their behalf.
Here at CCM, we don't have any information other than what you provide, and we can't act on behalf of the delivery parties or intervene.
