Hello,

After a Wi-Fi setup journey, I can no longer connect to the television (I can't retrieve updates) and it gets stuck on the homepage without being able to load. What should I do?

    Hello,

    Is this for the TV Player Mini4K?

    If Wi-Fi can be used under normal conditions, perhaps the firmware update requires a wired Ethernet connection via the Freeplugs.
