SCEP certificate

Hello,
I regularly encounter an error 'Failed to initialize the SCEP certificate enrollment ...' in the event log. This message causes Windows 11 to restart. There is no blue screen or error code, just a black screen and a normal restart. On forums, it is indicated that I need to update the processor chipset. When I go to the AMD website and select my processor model, AMD offers me the installation of StoreMi. What is the connection between this update and the chipset update?
Here is my configuration:
Windows 11 64 bits
Processor: RYZEN 7 5800X
48 GB of RAM: DDR4 3200 MHz
Graphics card: GEFORCE MSI 3060 TI RTX GAMING TRIO X 8GD6X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG B550-F GAMING MAX WIFI
1 SSD M2 Samsung NVME 500 Go for the system
1 SSD of 250 Go reserved for a music production application
1 SSD of 500 Go for Steam
1 3 To hard drive for data
1 ASUS Blu-ray burner
MSI A850GL PCIES power supply
Cooling: CORSAIR H60I PRO XT

Hello,
Have you tested this resolution?

Best regards.
Hello,
This is essentially a well-documented bug related to AMD TPM/Chipset, hence the suggestion to update the Chipset (or disable TPM).
See for example here:

Hello,
Thank you for your replies. I read on the forums that I needed to disable TPM in the BIOS. I did that two months ago with no result. As for the chipset update, it's not very clear to me. Is it the chipset of the motherboard or the processor??
As for the solution proposed by Microsoft, it seems very complicated to me.
Thank you in advance for your replies.
