Hello,
I looked at the alt and altgr keys and since then I have no trace of my emails on my free.fr inbox: received, sent, drafts, spam, and folders.
Can you help me out? Thank you in advance.
Best regards

Hello!

It's possible that you pressed a key combination that changed the display of your emails. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
1. First, make sure you are not in offline mode. In the Free email box, check the top right to see if the "Offline mode" button is activated. If it is, click on it to disable this mode.
2. Check that your emails are not simply hidden. To do this, go to your email box settings, in the "Display" section, and make sure the "Hide read messages" option is not checked.
3. If the first two solutions do not work, try clearing your browser's cache. Sometimes, display issues can be caused by a cluttered cache. To do this, go to your browser settings, then to the "Privacy and security" section, and look for the "Clear cache" option or something similar.
4. If none of these tips work, the problem may be more serious and require the intervention of Free's technical support. You can contact them to explain your issue and request assistance.
I hope these tips are helpful and that you manage to retrieve all your emails.
