Hello, I can't log in to LeBonCoin, email not recognized... so I'm unable to make a request through customer support...

We're going in circles, email request, I tried to create a new account... this phone number already exists... surprising because I have a credit of 500 euros with them...

We are unable to restore your account here on CCM.

You need to check this with them; that's the only option in this matter.

It seems you don't need to log in. You haven't read the first link provided by MPMP10 whom I greet.

I tried the experience, it worked. I am not registered on their platform.

The link from MPMP10 mentions in its response #4 that there is a link "I don't have an account or my account is blocked" that you can click on.

 We are unable to restore your account here on CCM. You need to discuss this with them, it's the only option in this matter.

As already explained in the first response and regardless of whether you are connected or not…, we are not able to grant you access to your account here on CCM, only the site managers of leboncoin have the ability to do so.
