Hello,
I have always paid for my items in 4 installments on Cdiscount. I've never had any issues.
This month, I tried to make a payment, and when I got to the payment page, the 4-installment option was indeed offered, so I selected it, but the payment was refused.
I contacted Cdiscount, and they told me they couldn't provide any further information. Has this ever happened to you? I should mention that I just paid in 3 installments on Oscaro without any problems.

The subject has already been addressed multiple times.
Payment in 4 installments may apply to specific items.
Even if the targeted item is eligible and there are no payment incidents, payment in 4 installments is not a right and remains at the discretion of the financial "partner" (Floa, if I remember correctly) who grants it or not; in extreme cases, they can decide independently of the applicant that they have reached the financing cap they set for a given period and/or category of items.
Cdiscount therefore washes its hands of it, the reason lies with Floa, who is not obliged to communicate the reasons related to the client's estimated financial situation but to whom one can always ask.
