Etsy account permanently suspended

After 10 years on the Etsy site, my shop bia23 was deleted without any explanation... just an email saying I violated their policies, but I have no idea how and I’m completely clueless; it’s really painful... always happy customers, everything handmade by me with the best fabrics... but the worst part is not knowing why and their way of saying goodbye forever as if it were nothing, as if I had no value, like trash...

    Same adventure as you this summer after 5 years of selling on Etsy. No response from them or they send us back to articles of their regulations. Just like that, my creations were handmade and in limited quantities.
