Hello, my PCS card is temporarily suspended, how can I resolve this and why, please? Thank you.

Only the organization that issued this card will be able to answer your question....

In short, check their website to see if they have an FAQ that addresses these situations; if not, or if the answer provided doesn’t convince you, you’ll have to use their contact form to ask them what’s going on....

It's surprising, but in this case, there is a contact form... (usually located at the bottom of the page...)
