Hello, when I turn on my PC that I built myself with some second-hand components, the CPU cooler starts spinning very fast then slows down. The peripherals are recognized, but I can't access the BIOS and this message appears: "Warning!!! Please insert USB key press any key to check." If you have any information that could help me, I would appreciate it.
