Problems installing Cyberghost

Hello everyone
I would like to install CyberGhost on my PC, but I have a problem
I am trying to install CyberGhost, but a message from CyberGhost appeared: "install the following windows updates first (and reboot after each install): KB4457144, click 'ok' to start downloading then please try again"
In the meantime, they sent me software to install (still from CyberGhost), it's the software "windows6.1 KB4457144" and it's installing in standalone mode (I don't know what that is, explain it to me in your comments) and after that, the software that CyberGhost sent gave a comment: "the update does not apply to your computer"
I wanted to try to remove KB4457144, but I can't find the location of this file, I know where Windows updates are and I know where the latest updates are, but I haven't found KB4457144, please let me know in your comments if you know where this darn file is (I am on Windows 7, 64 bits)
Thank you for all responses

Hello,
It’s a trend and a burden, these VPNs...
Assuming that the correct version of the software has been downloaded and installed for Windows 7 (I don’t know if there are multiple versions) and from the publisher’s website and not from anywhere else, you wouldn't have missed that Windows 7 has been out of support for several years (and we don’t know the status of yours, SP1, "SP2" which could come into play).
The result is that a number of updates have become impossible to install via Windows Update (this applies to a number of monthly patches and the .NET Framework security update for me), which could explain this.
The KB you mentioned is one of them; it’s just a regular monthly update:

As far as I know, CyberGhost requires at least .NET Framework 4.6 (and possibly that famous security patch, which might explain why your daughter is silent).

We can try, with no guarantee that it will work better, to install missing updates not through Windows Update but via the Windows catalog as indicated in my links.
Aside from the famous .NET Framework requirement, I don’t really see the connection of a monthly patch to the question, but why not, and either CyberGhost (or the "site" where you downloaded it) sent you an update that is not supported by Windows 7, or it has become impossible to install.
To answer your question, sometimes a number of KBs lead to an installation in the control panel, you just need to uninstall them; otherwise, you have to go through the command line:

Make sure then that you have, if applicable, done the Windows 7 update to SP1 and "SP2," that you have also, if applicable, properly uninstalled CyberGhost and reinstalled it from its official site, but with no guarantee under these conditions.
