Hello
I think I may have been infected by a RAT (Remote Access Tool) and possibly even something else. I need the help of one or more charitable souls to clean my computer of these intruders. I did some research online and came across this page: https://lesvirus.fr/remote-administration-tools/
Question: Are there any members of this forum who are knowledgeable about tools such as:
ortect, SpyHunter 5 or Malwarebytes and who could help me use them to get rid of the junk that has infected my computer please?
I am running Windows 10 in 64 Bit on one side (that's the infected partition) and on the other side, I have Linux Mint, the healthy partition. Who would be kind enough to help me please?

(I don't use junk like Internet Explorer or its replacement Microsoft Edge)
Symptoms:
My computer is slow, especially when I go to the start menu, it’s a real struggle to open that damn thing and search for something in it. Firefox crashes from time to time and it’s a real pain to reopen it, the same goes for Brave by the way. When I turn on my computer, I sometimes see three rectangular black windows opening one after the other and then disappearing. The same goes for Libre Office, it’s always a HUGE hassle to close the word processor. It’s also always difficult to shut down my computer; it takes ages to turn off, but also to turn on, I’m FED UP!!!!

I think that the culprit(s) are players on the gaming platform www.elvenar.com (Arendyll world) because a player from another guild than mine took possession of one of my accounts and integrated it into their brotherhood. The leader of my guild received a malicious message about me from one of their members before a game began that consists of a competition (a kind of race) between all the guilds on the gaming platform.
I searched the web to see if there were any software programs that could help me recover the account that was stolen from me. I found the following programs:

Can I hope for help from your team to disinfect the junk that has invaded my computer? And to ensure that it works properly again, please?

For SpyHunter, avoid installing this thing on your PC because it's a scam.
As for helping you recover your account using the types of software you've mentioned, that's a no, as it does not comply with the CCM charter; here we disinfect, we do not hack.
First:
Test your hard drive/SSD with CrystalDiskInfo use the following color codes to interpret the results:
If the hard drive is OK, do the following:
To check if your Windows is infected or not:
Download FRST.
Once downloaded save it on the desktop then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator you will have this:
Wait until the message the tool is ready to operate appears then click Scan
Warning, wait for the messages indicating that the scan is complete to appear.
At the end of the scan, you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition.
Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to https://www.cjoint.com/ then provide the two links generated by https://www.cjoint.com/ in your reply.
