I just bought a Toshiba 32WV2E63G LED TV.

I want to watch TV channels via Oqee from my Freebox.

I cannot find the Oqee application on the home screen through the home button on the remote or in apps.

When I search online, I can find Google and the Oqee application, but I can't get it onto the home screen or into favorites—I have to search for it every time, even though my TV is indeed a smart TV.

Do you have an explanation and a solution to this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Hello.

On your TV, it's impossible; the operating system of your TV that allows you to have applications (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) is an operating system called VIDAA, so you do not have access to the applications from the Android TV PlayStore; you can only install the applications available in the VIDAA store.

To access it, you need an Android TV box.

Good evening, thank you for this clear and precise response. So I can't have television without going through an antenna since I have a Freebox and on my main TV I use Oqee.

I thought that a smart TV would be enough.

So now I'm left with this TV on my hands.

Have a nice evening.

As I told you, you can use a box with Android TV.

Yes, there are USB sticks that work very well like Amazon's or Xiaomi's.
