Shortcut on tablet

Hello, on my "Lenovo Tab P11 Plus" tablet, I have a shortcut issue!

When I take a shortcut from the last page (where all the shortcuts are) and I drag it to my home page, (that works), but after a certain time (a few minutes), it disappears and goes back to the page where I took it!

How can I make it stay where I place it?
