Hello
Still having troubles with this printer.
How to clean the nozzles or print heads of the printer?
HP is pathetic, quick to sell but nothing behind it and the equipment is more than temperamental!!!
Thanks

Hello.
To clean the print heads, I use isopropyl alcohol.

A hello, a response, and a thank you are always nice.
Hello to both of you,
Bazfile that I greet is offering you his method and HP is offering theirs... https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/ish_6189238-6241912-16
Ok,
However, how do you access the print head?
I have the same issue, my printer is an HP Deskjet 2700e.
My cartridges are fine (they're new). However, nothing is coming out. So I think it might be the print head. But I don't know how to reach it.
I bought a special product.
Thanks in advance.
The print head is the location where the cartridges are located; you just need to remove the ink cartridges and take out the print head to soak it in a bath of isopropyl alcohol. Now it's up to you to find on the internet how to remove the print head, as I can't tell you how to do it for your printer since there are many printer models and unfortunately there is no universal method.
Hello,
Thank you.
In the meantime, I found it. I admit it was complicated to take apart.
I need to find the technical manual ????
Anyway, thanks
