Canon Selphy stuck at startup

Hello

My Canon Selphy is stuck on the Canon logo at startup

I can't find how to reset it, do you have the solution please ????

    It's the Canon Selphy CP1200 photo printer.

    There's nothing to install. You plug it in and print.

    But now it won't start.

      Thank you very much, that's kind.

      The problem is that it won't start. It gets stuck on "canon" and there's no WiFi or cable connection possible with a computer until it is reset...

      I have to unplug it to turn it off.

      I can absolutely do nothing except look for the reset mode.

    I have searched everywhere since yesterday, including YT

    But no info regarding my issue.

    Now I have downloaded the driver. I connected the Selphy mini printer and nothing happens with the printer. It still says Canon

    The computer tells me attention problem... Lol

    Try plugging in a USB flash drive containing a single ".jpg" photo before starting.
