Fiber Optics Losange/NGE

Hello, my name is Thomas and I am new on CCM.
I will be moving into a new single-family home next week.
The owner has done all the necessary steps to connect the fiber with Losange, which is the OI in Aube, but we have been struggling to get a response since September.
Impossible to reach them by phone!
Last week, we had a progress update and we seem to be making a little bit of progress. We received a file number with a "tracking" system that is incomprehensible regarding the status on Losange's website, which has now moved to "view interface," with a note stating that the file is subject to 2 comments in the internal tracking software.
That doesn't help me much since I can't see anything.
Has anyone faced this situation before?
Knowing that the housing is on a 250 adduction, clearly marked in the tracking and no work is needed.
Thanks in advance, everyone!

Hello,
What do the eligibility tests say at commercial operators and on the ARCEP website?
Losange probably has a site to check eligibility by address as well.
If the OI cannot provide information and implement the wiring of the accommodation, it depends on where it is located, whether it's isolated or in a street or a housing estate that's already connected, the anomaly must be reported to ARCEP, with the fight they have with operators that do not fulfill their obligations, it should interest them.
PS,
what does adduction 250 mean?
So there you go, there you go, here it is ....
But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!! -
Hello and thank you brupala for the response,
Connection is your type of connection either in a telecom chamber or via a telecom pole.
In my case, it's a telecom chamber 250 right across from my house, everything is available for me to connect and I have my telecom conduit that goes up to my panel waiting with even a needle passed by the owner.
Yes, as mentioned on the losange site, I am waiting, I have a file tracking number and the status is "see interface" the previous status was "open"
My neighbor is connected to the telecom chamber at the foot of my house, everything is ready, there really only needs to be my connection done.
But since it's a new housing, it's up to losange/NGE to do it because there's no history on the operator's side.
Best regards

OK,
I know what an adduction is, 250, is that the PBO number?
Two hypotheses:
1/ their administrative file is messed up and there is indeed a fiber coming in for you, but their reference is not reliable and they don’t communicate it to the OC (commercial operators), in principle, you just need to go on-site to the PB and to the mutualization cabinet to verify that (and possibly others while you're at it, to ensure you're starting with an up-to-date basis)
2/ they really planned way too short and there are no more fibers available at pb250, that's more serious, you need to run a cable back to the cabinet :-(
Sometimes, there are leftover fibers but they are out of service, it happens that among 72 fibers, one or two are out of service.
Have you checked with the OCs and on the ARCEP page or not?

There is a reference that ends with 253, I don't know if that's the PB number, there doesn't seem to be many people connected, from what I see there's only one subscriber cable, but maybe we're not seeing everything, in any case there are probably still a lot of fibers left, clearly Losange isn't in a hurry to make money if they're not setting you up as connectable with the OC.

10, is that the department?
045 the mutualization cabinet perhaps, and 253 the PB on this cabinet?
It's certain that as long as Losange doesn't mark the address as connectable, it won't work, the address is clearly indicated on the ARCEP map?
Because if the municipality hasn't done what's necessary to reference the address, it's already a problem.
For Free, they're not smarter than the others as long as we don't give them a precise position to use, anyone can randomly take a fiber, but they're going to get in trouble when it's discovered, and if everyone does it this way, it'll be even more chaotic, already that it is quite bad in some areas, it's by connecting randomly that we find ourselves cut off after 6 months when the fiber is actually assigned to someone else in the databases, and then they will be even less inclined to reassign another one.

Indeed, 10 is indeed the department.
The municipality has done everything right and so have I with Losange by providing all the documents for the address registration since September.
But I think you're right, it's the address registration that is causing issues for my OC to connect me.
In itself, no physical intervention from Losange is necessary as everything is in place.
They just need to register me properly and declare me connectable so that it gets passed up to my OC and they can send a technician for the connection.
I also think that a wild connection is not a solution, especially if it's just to be bothered again in 6 months...

In fact,
since you have put the name of the village on your profile.
On the Arcep site, 10-045-253 represents the pooling point outright,
the PBO number might be 1135?
the PM 10-045-250 is located in Payns.
We can also notice that the connectable buildings all have a street number and all the scheduled ones do not have one, just an IPE marker.
So we are indeed dealing with a database update issue.
In any case, it takes 1 hour for Losange to make this survey and assign you a fiber.

I'm in the same situation, a file opened a year ago.... everything is in place, everything has been verified, but the file is still pending. There's no way to contact Losange. They just need to activate my line.
