      Hello,

      We do not know the operating system, but the issue is generally unrelated to a security problem.

      Either the hardware specifications are not met, or a software issue is at play, often due to incompatible versions of Microsoft Visual C++.

      Generally, AutoCAD installs them as needed; uninstall AutoCAD, the different Visual C++ versions, then reinstall AutoCAD, which will request the one it needs, and subsequently, as needed, reinstall different Visual C++ versions that may be required by other applications.

    The supported versions of Windows 10 are:

    • Supported versions: Semi-Annual Channel (20H2, 21H1), General Availability Channel (21H2)

    So update your system which is on 1903.

    Hello.

    You just reinstalled Windows 10 on November 17, 2023, with an old version from March 2019, and it seems that this version is infected since some system files are not where they should be. Given that you just installed this infected version of Windows, I won't waste my time disinfecting it.

    Reinstall a clean and healthy version of Windows 10 with up-to-date installation media, so start over.

    Follow this procedure:

    Create a Windows 10 installation media, connect a USB drive of at least 8 GB to your PC, download this Microsoft tool, open the tool, and then create your USB drive containing Windows 10.

    Once your USB drive is created, connect it to your PC, boot from your USB drive, and install Windows 10, see this page.

    If you are asked for an activation key, see this page.

    For information only:

    Your 500 GB hard drive is very poorly partitioned (C: 97.03 GB, D: 368.1 GB), there should be more space on C and less on D because the C drive is likely to fill up very quickly.
