Hello everyone, I urgently need help. I bought a Floureon NVR recorder sn-nvr-1007w10-eu, but I lost my user password. I can't reach customer service or Floureon directly, I have the impression that the company has closed down. Anyway, does anyone know how to reset the password or restore everything to factory settings? I need it as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone who will help me.
