Exit Aging view mode

Hello,

I purchased a new Android TV today, but since it started up, it has been showing "aging view."

I have been trying to figure out how to exit this mode for over 3 hours without success. (Everything is in Chinese, on top of that)

I have, of course, tried pressing the off button for 5 seconds, but it just gives me the test buttons for the TV.

What should I do?

    Hello Saya,

    "(Knowing that everything is in Chinese on top of that)":
    ► can't you choose the language? (even by trial and error).
    ► where did you buy it?
    ► during the first power-up, didn't it offer you any settings?
    If purchased in a store, it might be in "demo" mode for the store.

    Good evening, so no, from the start it went into aging view and it's impossible to use the remote control (only power on/off and volume -/+ work).

    That's indeed the issue, I didn't buy it in a store; my father wanted to gift me a TV and therefore bought it on Amazon and shipped it to my address :/

    I was hoping to find a solution before having to return the product ^^
