To play two-player on FIFA 2023, you need to go to the main menu of the game. Then, select the "Quick Match" or "Play Now" option, then "Kick Off," followed by "Classic Matches." Here, you can create two users by pressing X on another connected controller. Once the users are created, you can choose your teams and start the match.
