    Hello!

The problem you're experiencing concerns the speaker of your Samsung Flip3. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Cleaning: A weird noise during a call may be caused by dust or other small particles stuck in the speaker. Use a dry toothbrush to gently clean the speaker port.

    2. Volume control: A volume that's too high can also cause sound quality issues. Try turning down the volume during the call to see if that improves the sound.

    3. Software update: A software update can fix many problems, including those related to sound. Make sure your phone is up to date.

    4. Factory reset: If none of the previous tips work, you can try resetting your phone to factory settings. Be careful, this will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up all your data before proceeding with this step.

If the problem persists after all this, it would be advisable to contact Samsung customer service or visit an authorized Samsung repair center.

    Hello.

In fact, this noise does not come from a technical problem related to the phone, but rather a problem related to:

    - either the SIM card (very little chance that it is this),

    - or a problem related to the network.

We agree that this noise occurs during a call, whether after 5 seconds or after 15 minutes, and it feels like water is flowing in the speaker, which is very unpleasant, and it leads us to hang up and call back, at the risk of it happening again?

This issue has happened to me, regardless of the operator I have had (SFR, Orange, Bouygues), and with different phones.

What I mean is that, even though I have changed my phone and operator, I have always encountered this problem.

However, please feel free to report this problem to your operator (and not the phone brand), as this issue is often mentioned in Google searches, but no concrete answer appears.
