Phone overheating after falling in water

Hello everyone,
A bit more than a week ago, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 in water for about 2 minutes. I dried it off and shook it to get the water out of the charger and the headphone jack, and apparently, I shouldn't have done that... what I also immediately did was try to turn it on, which I also shouldn't have done. Then I put it in rice for a week without being able to turn it on until I thought to try charging it, which I did, but it showed "battery overheating" then the screen turned blue with “Downloading” written on it for two days. Then I decided to unplug it and turn it on; it was at 0%, so it lasted 2 seconds and said "device overheating" before shutting down. Anyway, I eventually managed to turn it back on at 100%, so I opened a few apps and realized that the buttons at the bottom right and left weren't working anymore, then my apps closed and there was a "sign" saying "the device is overheating, 4 apps closed". When I tried to open the apps, it wouldn't work, so I turned it off and it did the same thing again. At first, it works, and then it closes the apps even though my phone isn’t hot at all... thanks if you can tell me what to do to make this stop.

    Hello

To make it stop, you need to change your phone.
Your phone is oxidized and has become dangerous. It could catch fire.

    Best regards
