Hello, I have a problem with my Xiaomi Box TV 2S

I have the picture but no sound (the TV's sound is working fine)

I tried restarting the device but it does not work (the device is connected to the internet box via WiFi)

    Hello,

    we need a bit more detail about your setup, because the Xiaomi Box TV 2S itself does not output sound; you need to connect speakers via the Audio port (3.5mm jack) located at the back, possibly via Bluetooth.

    So first, is there a speaker connected to the box and how?
