No Wi-Fi connection Android box

Hello everyone,
I recently bought an Android box DQ08. It is connected via HDMI to my TV. And I can't connect it to any WIFI network.
It detects the available networks just fine. But when I click on it to connect, I get the message "unable to establish a connection with this network."
- I tried connecting without a WPA/WEP key, the result is the same (I also tried WPS)
- I have a 2.4GHz and 5GHz network and it doesn't work with either of them
- I tried sharing my smartphone's data. The TV box doesn't connect either
I checked the time sync and available updates (via ethernet) and everything is fine.
I attempted to reset the box and the result is still the same.
If you have any other ideas, I would appreciate it please!

I followed Brupala's advice and sent this crap back! It seemed like the most clever solution to me.

I feel like you’d be better off sending this crap back to where it came from, given all you've tried, it just doesn't work, there's not much else to be done.
And there you go, voilà ....
But goodness, those line spaces are so annoying!! -
