Where are the thumbnails?

Hello,
Every time GIMP works on an image, it creates a thumbnail of that image and saves it… somewhere. These thumbnails quickly become very numerous, and I occasionally want to keep only the ones I need and delete the others.
When I was working with GIMP 2.8 on Windows 10, I deleted the excess thumbnails by going to:
C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\thumbnails
But I have recently started using GIMP 2.10.34 on Windows 11 and I don’t know where the thumbnails are now.
Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Since Windows 11 looks like Windows 10, make sure the path isn't the same as the one indicated previously.
Thank you for your reply. I tried, of course, and it doesn't work at all. Note: I haven't forgotten to make hidden files and folders visible.
I'm surprised that no one is concerned about this issue, which is indeed a real problem.
I am surprised that no one is concerned about this issue, which is, after all, a real problem. A problem for whom?... See on this link.
Hello,
Maybe my response is off base. But from what I read, I don't see the connection with GIMP.
Here is the method with Windows 11 to delete thumbnails, it's in English, it will need to be translated.
