Hello,

I attended the casting in Paris on September 24, 2023. I paid €30 for the registration fee and €110 to receive the photo book in digital format. Today is October 29, and it has been over 5 weeks that I have been waiting to receive it. We were told an average delay of two to three weeks, but this has been greatly exceeded. I have contacted the organization by email 4 times, and apparently, they have fallen behind... I am still waiting...

      Thank you for your response.

      I have actively followed up with the company by email, but today is November 1st and I still have not received my photo book. I will initiate procedures if they do not respond.

    Hello

    When nothing is moving, it is advisable to send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If the provision of the 'book' is contractual, consider a formal notice to provide the service within X days (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt).
