Hello, my Logitech G435 headset is flashing blue, is there something I need to do or not?

    Hello.

    It must be a Bluetooth headset, which you didn't specify; it's flashing blue because the headset is not yet paired with the device you want to connect it to.

    It's up to you to pair it, the blue flashing will stop.

    Feel free to read the procedure in your manual.
