Hello,
I just bought a Steelseries Arctic 3 headset to replace my old one that passed away, however, the microphone doesn't work but is still detected and considered "usable" by Windows. I've updated all my drivers, uninstalled Realtek and reinstalled it, just like the headset. The sound from the headset, on the other hand, still works. Could it be my sound card? If not, can you help me?
