Hello,
I bought my father a headset to listen to the TV, but I can't connect it.
The TV is a Sharp Aquos LC-26P50E, it has an integrated audio jack connection.
The headset is a Grundig Bluetooth headphone, but it also has a jack connection.
I connected it, but since the TV doesn't have Bluetooth, I just connected it by cable. Nothing happens; the sound still comes from the TV. I'm afraid that this headset only works via Bluetooth, but before I buy another one, I prefer to make sure there's not a simple setting to adjust. I've looked but couldn't find anything, neither in the manual nor online. Does anyone have a solution that could save me from buying another one, please?
Thanks in advance ????

    Hello,
The television has two audio outputs:
One output on RCA jacks (noted as audio output jacks)
One 3.5mm jack output (noted as headphone jack)
    Which jack did you try?
