Hello,

I too was a victim of the scam from a certain site (jaquie etc...) I thought we could unsubscribe like with any other site and it took me at least 3 hours to find a potential solution...

I went on straceo, the site that charged me, and I canceled all the subscriptions which followed a confirmation that I had indeed unsubscribed...

I wanted to know if anyone else managed to do this and if they were still charged or if it stopped...

Apart from the 3 euros, I found this solution after 4 hours but I hope I really unsubscribed and that I won't be charged after all...

If someone has been in the same situation as me, I would appreciate some feedback, thank you

    Hello

    the site that charged me

Okay, but you also need to go to your bank to ask them to block these charges; you probably spent more than 4 hours trying to get rid of the problem.

If you search for the name of the site along with "lawsuit" on a search engine, you'll understand; there are many people who have had issues with the same site name to stop charges, so good luck, don't let it linger, this could end up costing you a lot if it goes on.

There are people getting rich off the success of this name, so there are also people losing money.

Try to find people who are already organized for the same reason; you'll get tips on the right method faster.

Do you think they can still take money from me despite having the confirmation that I unsubscribed?

The problem is that I am currently abroad and it is impossible for me to return to France. Moreover, my card was a Boursorama card... it is impossible for me to reapply for one from abroad...

Maybe it's possible to reorder a Boursorama card, I just saw... but having canceled everything as I should and having received the confirmations, I don’t see why I should do anything else like sending a letter from abroad, plus that will take days... The ball is in their court now at Straceo... If I see any withdrawals on my account, I will contest them and on top of that I will have a huge urge to file a complaint, but it’s complicated from abroad. But here it is, I have disengaged, I have an email that states this... so I’ll see, but for me there shouldn't normally be any withdrawals.... if that’s the case, I will contest it, it’s simple.

Well if it's that simple... what are you talking about

I didn't tell you to spend more money ordering a card for I don't know what, but how you could get help for free. Have a good day.
