Hello,
The TV I've had for 2 years and 2 months has no picture anymore, but the sound is good. If you have a solution, please send it to me quickly.

Hello,

I have a Philips 47pfl5604h. Purchased new in 2010.
Tonight, it refuses to turn on.
After consulting a forum specializing in repairs, I tested 2 diodes located under the 5 small capacitors on the right side. Schottky diodes SB260. (D911)
One of the two is dead, I will replace it tomorrow, hoping that it will solve (for how long?) my problem for a paltry cost of one or two euros!

I'll keep you updated!

Diodes received and installed. The TV works perfectly. Cost of the repair, 70 cents for the diodes + 6 euros for shipping. Make sure to respect the orientation for replacing the diodes with the gray ring on the correct side. There you go, if this can help someone, great.

Hello, same issue black screen while the sound works, paid €450 two and a half years ago, what a scam. I'm disappointed, I can't afford to have it repaired and Philips doesn't want to listen. Model 50PFH4309/88
