I have read quite a few questions and answers concerning the startup issue with Aptio Setup Utility, but nothing regarding Copyright 2021 (unless I missed it, in which case I apologize).

    Aptio Setup Utility is a BIOS interface used by Asus, what exactly is your question?

    Hello

    When I turn on my laptop, a blue and white page displays with 5 tabs. My computer seems to be stuck. What should I do or how can I fix this?

      Hello,

      You are in your PC's BIOS. Click on the "Advanced" and "Boot" tabs.

      It is just as I suspected.

      There is no hard drive installed or functioning on your PC. Upon startup, it takes you directly to the BIOS.

      Because 4 GB is the minimum to run Windows 10.
