Discord, Steam or battle.net blocked on my router.

I currently have a 4G Alcatel Box provided by a Bouygues subscription, but for the past week or two, I have been unable to connect to Steam, getting "NO CONNECTION" or "ERROR CODE 118". More recently, I've discovered that I can no longer connect to Discord voice (it loads endlessly) and that I cannot launch games or updates on battle.net even though it indicates that I am connected. AND YET, I have full internet access through a browser, for example. It's also worth noting that if I use a hotspot, it works perfectly. I'm experiencing the same problem on my laptop.
