G29 steering wheel that won't calibrate

I bought a second-hand G29 steering wheel, but it doesn't want to calibrate. It was sold without its charger, so I bought one on Amazon, but we still can't get it to calibrate, and the gear shift LEDs stay on. When I tried to calibrate it, the motor made a noise but didn't turn. Is it a problem with the charger or the steering wheel?

    But what is certain is that with second-hand equipment you have to expect anything, even if you have the installation manual...

    Retirement is nice! Especially in the West Indies...
