Hello
I have a Philips Oled 55oled707 TV and a Samsung q800a soundbar
however, when I play on the Series X, I experience a sound delay between the moment I move the joystick (for example) and when the sound comes out of the soundbar, do I need to adjust something?
Thank you

Hello,
In the "Audio Settings" menu of the soundbar (manual page 307) you have:
If the picture on the television and the sound from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in the audio settings, then
adjust the audio delay from 0 to 300 milliseconds using the Up/Down buttons.Similarly, in the TV menu (manual page 61) you have:
Settings > Sound > Advanced > Digital Output Delay
and
Settings > Sound > Advanced > Digital Output Offset.
If you cannot set a delay on the Home Cinema system, you can adjust the TV to synchronize the sound. You can set a delay that compensates for the time required for the Home Cinema system to process the sound from the TV image. You can adjust the delay in increments of 5 ms, with a maximum setting of 60 ms.The manual: https://www.documents.philips.com/assets/20230221/d4e626c5b3814871b011afb000863b96.pdf
It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...-
Thanks!
I did everything, but unfortunately it's still the same...
It only does this on the console.
And on the Xbox Series X... is there anything similar?
