Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a Sony Bravia smart TV model: kd55xd8599, the image stutters every second. I'm sharing the link to the video that shows the issue in case anyone has a solution, please. Also, when I turn it on in the morning after being turned off all night, it starts doing it after about 5 minutes.

    Hello,

According to your video, another TV channel is overlapping with your reception; and the synchronization signals from one are causing the other to drop out.

-- How do you receive TV... Roof antenna, satellite dish, internet..? Wired or wireless.

-- Is it through an Android application... or coming from TV channels..?

-- There might be a transmitter in your area... or building... or a video surveillance (wifi) that you are receiving as an echo... Poorly oriented antenna, etc..?

There is nothing connected to the TV, it is disconnected from everything.

I don't use TV channels, I am connected via wifi and even with the wifi disabled, it's the same.

So your TV is fine and has no problems... It wasn't necessary to buy such a TV... a computer screen would have done the job.

-- If you have pictures on your TV without wifi...? Where do they come from..??

It's not the subject...., it's a smart TV, in the video the Wi-Fi is activated, I just say that even with the Wi-Fi disabled the image has the same problem so I think there is no connection with an external signal that causes the image to stutter.
