Good evening,

As part of my activities, I often use the "Search images with Google" function.

From my Windows PC, using Google Chrome, a simple right-click on a photo, then "search images with Google", opens up several related photos on the right side of the page.

Everything was working perfectly until yesterday afternoon, September 25, around 5 PM.

At that moment, I closed my PC for a few hours.

Later in the evening, around 10 PM, I logged on again, and when I attempted to search for a photo from a flower-related site, the vertical panel opened, I waited, but this area remained blank, no photos displayed.

I repeated this image search via Google several times, changing the site, changing the photo, and always got the same result: the vertical space opens but remains empty.

I tried a lot of things: turning the PC off and on again, completely disconnecting it by unplugging it and letting it rest for a few moments, I uninstalled Chrome to reinstall it.

Completely clueless about computers, I did what I could, but nothing worked.

Between the time everything was working well at 5 PM and the time I turned it back on shortly after, there were no updates, no modifications. I don't understand why it no longer works.

There is another way to use Google image search that I used occasionally: from the Google homepage, at the end of the text box, there is an icon that represents a camera. I clicked on it to bring up this text: "drag an image or upload a file".

I clicked on "Upload a file" and chose an image downloaded on my PC, as I sometimes do. Instead of getting a variety of photos suggested by Google, for the first time, I received an error message (sorry for the length, not knowing if it's useful, I prefer to include it in full):

I would love to be able to use the Google Lens function again by right-clicking on a photo.

If anyone has an idea of the reason for this bug, I thank you in advance for your help.

Have a good evening.

Good evening,

It's not working for me either.

Apparently, this function is currently unavailable, probably down.
You will have to try again in a few hours.

What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
