Good evening, I ordered on Cdiscount this morning with express delivery, and I should be delivered tomorrow, but my order has still not been shipped. I would like to know if this is normal since it has already been charged to my account.

Unfortunately for you, there's little chance that you'll be delivered tomorrow....
The "+24h" or "next day" or "tomorrow.." delivery applies only from the moment the order is shipped....
If they take three days to prepare the order and then ship it... you will only receive it the day after shipping.. (in the best-case scenario).
Moreover, it is rare for them to ship and deliver on Saturday (and never on Sunday).
You're set to wait until next week.
