IONOS to GMAIL email error

Hello,

I have a website hosted on IONOS and email addresses associated with my domain.

I use these addresses on IONOS webmail, on Thunderbird, or on my phone.

For some time now, regardless of the sending method, emails to GMAIL come back to me with an error message of which here is the copy:

 SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: aspmx.l.google.com (66.102.1.26) reason: 550-5.2.1 The email account that you tried to reach is disabled. Learn mor e at 550 5.2.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=DisabledUser p2-20020a056000 018200b0031f26c3e59asi512620wrx.730 - gsmtp

Hello.

Gmail is sending you the following message:

"The email account you tried to reach is disabled."

The error message includes this page to help you: 

https://support.google.com/mail/?p=DisabledUser

If you think this is due to a mistake in your website configuration or an issue from Ionos, please ask your question in this forum.

First of all, thank you for your response.

The email is not disabled because I am testing with my own Gmail account, which works perfectly otherwise. And it doesn't work. When sending the same message to multiple recipients, the others go through and the Gmail ones come back with an error.
