Unlock a PC with admin password

Hello, I just received the computer that the school gave us and I would like to unlock it in order to install software, games, etc.

I can't access the BIOS because it asks for a code and it hasn't been leaked yet. I've tried pressing Shift and restarting but it didn't work, so if there is a solution, I'm all ears.

    If it has been set up restrictively, it's precisely to avoid ruining it by mishandling it. As you have been informed, you will receive the unlocking codes after 3 years; until then, it does not belong to you but to the region!!!!!
