Convert XSPF to VLC Format

Hello, I have a file received in XSPF that my computer displays in VLC, and I can open it without any problem.

I would like to copy it to my WhatsApp so that I can save it on my smartphone.

But now I'm told that WhatsApp can't read this file.

It's a method I want to listen to while moving around the city.

And Format Factory doesn't want to transform it either.

What solution do you suggest?
