It's because when I want to add music to a slideshow made in Movie Maker, CDA files are not recognized.

Hi!
So, I have a solution that I have been using for a long time, and it has never let me down: Switch by NCH
https://www.nch.com.au/switch/plus.html
It's fast, it supports many formats, and it's free!
For my part, I'm very happy with it

Hi.
I don't see the point; they're practically the same files.
Otherwise, you can use the software Cdex to convert them to mp3 and then revert them back to wave.

Good evening
you can also use VLC media player
which converts almost everything, which is free and light in terms of disk space
For your information, CDA files only contain the indices of the track on the CD. copying them blindly will not bring anything, anyway they are only 44 bytes in size -:)
