Hello,

I can't set up my HP Photosmart C 3180 printer on Windows 11. It worked on Windows 10. HP does not provide software for this hardware purchased in 2007. Is this issue known?

    Hello,

Try this driver --> Photosmart C3180

Disconnect the USB cable from the PC
    Turn on the printer
    Right-click on the driver
    Troubleshoot compatibility and confirm
Connect the cable to the PC as soon as prompted.

      Hello kaneagle,

Thank you for the Photosmart C3180 driver, it is installed and it's working. I retrieved my printer which dates back to 2007. For HP, it's obsolete; you need to buy new equipment, that's business!... Thanks again for this fix.

      Best regards,

    Hello,

This issue is "known" because your printer is too old and will not be supported by HP for Win11. Like many others, not just HP.
You can always try to just install the same software as for Win 10. With a bit of luck, it will work.

    Best regards
