AirPrint printer not recognized

I don't know this equipment, but after reading this page

I notice that there is a USB port and a configuration software.

Have you tried connecting via USB and linking the printer to the new box through this software?

Each device must be associated with the box:

• the box doesn't know the device yet
• the security key is not the same

If there is no way to enter this key directly on the printer, it must be done via the USB interface.

Thank you for contacting Canon Customer Service.

Following your email regarding your PIXMA MG3250 and its Wi-Fi connection, since you have changed your modem and internet provider, you will first need to restore the factory network settings.

To do this, please follow the instructions in the link below (follow the instructions in the "restore factory settings" tab).

Once the settings have been reset, please proceed to set up the wireless connection with your new modem.

To do this, if your access point has a WPS button (a physical button on the modem with the WPS label or an antenna symbol), please select the "WPS connection method" tab from the link above for instructions on connecting using this method.

If your router does not support WPS connection, we will indicate another type of connection for your PIXMA MG3250. To do this, please select the "standard connection method" tab from the link above.
