Hello, I am coming to this forum for advice on how to pay for a Spotify Premium (family) subscription at a lower price.
Some friends of mine advised me to use a VPN in Turkey, but when I try to pay with my French credit card, it indicates that my card is not associated with that country.
Do you have any other tips for paying less for this subscription?

You should read it or check with the person who wrote it, so they can give you some explanations.
It's easy to compare prices converted into the same currency on the internet, if in the country they accept payment in that currency already.
And if it's reserved for residents of Turkey, sometimes these are agreements negotiated with the states for their residents.
With your bank card from your country, it probably won't pay in Turkish currency, or it's not an international card like your friends': you should check with your bank how you can pay in Turkey (or how much the currency exchange will cost you if you need to change money).
And if you have to buy a gift card in Turkey to get a discount (I don't see what you gain, you'd need to calculate), you can find that on Google as advice too...
Or some people go through a company to get discounted rates here or there (do you need to work there or be a client of these companies?), again, another piece of advice found on Google...
And there are also travelers who share their good deals, but for your part, you have to cross the sea if you need to be on-site.
