How to sign up for Spotify?

Hello,
As I mentioned.. no way to download Spotify...
Username and password denied... with every attempt!
Would you be so kind as to let me know if I can't sign up in any way other than through Facebook?

    Hello,

    To sign up for Spotify, go to this site https://www.spotify.com/ch-fr/

    Then click on "Log in," and a little further down, there is the question: Do you already have an account? Click on the "Log in" link right next to it and enter your details.

    And there you go. :)
